Do NOT need an exchange because they…

Do NOT need an exchange because they will not process it. I’ve been waiting for well over a month, seeing the exact product showing up as in stock on their website and keep being told it’s on back order. So, they’re either lying to everyone by showing items as “in stock” when they aren’t or they’re lying to me by saying they’re on back order. Either way, I will never order from this company again because they’re untrustworthy. Edited to add following their response: There was ZERO communication from Nolan Interior that wasn’t prompted by me. I had to reach out every time for a status update. They did not let me know that anything was on back order until I asked. My order was delivered to my house on March 11. The returned package was received by the company on April 13. I reached out to check a status on April 23 because they had not even acknowledged receipt of the package. They communicated 2-3 weeks was the typical time for back orders to be filled at that point. I had to reach out again on May 20 (5 weeks later, not 2-3) and was told that it was not possible for them to notify me (which is ridiculous), they understand that it’s frustrating that their items show as in stock when I looked, despite me being told they weren’t, and that magically my order was ready for processing. There was zero communication from the team that wasn’t initiated by me. The items did show in stock every time I looked on their website and it took me pushing to get my replacement order shipped. That’s not good customer service, regardless of the excuses given by the company.
