Buyer beware: Poor quality.
I want to provide additional information because your response omitted many of the facts I shared.
This is not about being "disappointed." Nolan continues to state I am disappointed over being denied a small discount. My concern is the quality of Nolan's products. The sofa cover mats I purchased are poorly made and I naively spent hundreds of dollars trying to get a quality product to cover my sofa having three dogs. After just one wash, the seams began coming apart. I documented the defects with photographs and shared those images directly with Nolan's customer service team, including "Mary," after being told this was an uncommon issue. I spent more money trying to find a product that would withstand normal washing and everyday use.
Over the course of multiple conversations with customer service representatives, Nolan replaced three separate sofa cover mats because of the same defect. One time replacing two. Each and every replacement failed in the same way—the seams came apart after washing. I again documented the failures with photographs and shared those images with Nolan. Despite this documented pattern of repeated defects, I was ultimately told I was not eligible for a refund.
I also stand by my comments regarding the "2-for-1" blanket promotion. I have the receipt from my December 2025 purchase showing I paid $87.20 for one Magic Sofa Blanket (Lena Herring, 91 x 150 in., Sesame), plus shipping and tax. Today, the price appears to have nearly doubled while being advertised as a "2-for-1" promotion, which I believe is misleading based on my experience.
Ironically, the blanket I purchased in December 2025 was the only Nolan product that has held up well. The sofa cover mats, however, have not. Because I have three dogs, I was specifically looking for a durable, washable product based on Nolan's advertising and product claims.
Based on my experience, these products reflect poor quality control. While I understand many companies manufacture products in China, that does not excuse seams failing after a single wash or the same defect occurring across multiple replacement products. Regardless of where a product is manufactured, customers should expect it to withstand normal use.
What was most frustrating was not only the product quality, but Nolan's unwillingness to stand behind the products or address an issue that I thoroughly documented. I provided receipts, photographs of the failed seams, and communicated with multiple customer service representatives, yet the outcome remained the same.
I have retained my receipts, the photographs I shared with Nolan, and my correspondence documenting these issues. My review reflects my personal experience as a customer, and I continue to believe consumers can find better quality products elsewhere.

These fit perfectly and look like they don’t even have a cover on. I have had many covers from Amazon all awful quality but these are worth the price!

Easy to use and wonderful “stand behind their products” customer service
Bought three cushion covers and support was so helpful with my measurements and making recommendations on which size to buy! They are thin and light and easy to put on and wash! I’ve had them a while now and I have a big dog. I received an email just following up with how I liked my products which most companies do not do. I replied back that I love the products. However two of them have gotten tears in them. They replied back very quickly and asked for pictures and which covers were affected. I replied back with pictures and that two covers had small tears. The next day I received an email confirming a replacement order being sent to me immediately. Blown away by such customer service and a company standing behind their product. Thank you so very much.
