Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. After thoroughly reviewing your concern and the email correspondence, we confirmed that our team responded to you promptly and did their best to assist you. When you informed us about the holes in the covers, our team requested photos so we could properly assess the issue, and once the photos were received, it was explained that the damage appeared to be caused by sharp pet nails. Please understand that while our sofa covers are designed to be pet-friendly and durable, no fabric is completely resistant to sharp objects such as pet claws or nails. We have many customers with both small and large dogs who have used the covers for over a year without issues, depending on their pets’ behavior and activity level. Even though the damage was determined to be caused during personal use and falls outside our standard return or replacement policy, our team still offered you a complimentary replacement as a goodwill gesture. However, we did not receive a response regarding the replacement offer. A follow-up email was then sent because our team genuinely wanted to help resolve the situation for you. Unfortunately, your later response focused only on the follow-up emails, and we did not receive any reply regarding the replacement solution that had been offered. We understand your frustration, but we do feel that our team made sincere efforts to assist you and provide a solution beyond our normal policy.

Thank you so much for your amazing review! 😊 We’re so happy to hear that the covers worked out for your couch, especially with the size difference that must have been a concern at first! It’s great to know the stretch was able to accommodate your cushions and still stay secure.
