I was looking for covers for my new sofa as my dog loves laying on it. I saw the company was abroad so was a little sceptical. I contacted them about sizing and colour initially and had positive responses. I looked at alternative companies but nothing was suitable so I ordered 6 miracle covers. They arrived but were too big. I contacted customer service and they were v quick to help offering resolutions. I have now received replacement covers at no additional cost and am very happy with the look and quality of the product. Customer service was faultless.
