We'd like to clarify that the design you selected is manufactured at our facility in Asia. This is why your package took a few extra days to arrive compared to orders shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. However, the delivery timeframe is still within our estimated shipping window unless the specific design or color you ordered is temporarily out of stock and our production team needs additional time to manufacture it. Regarding the color, please note that shades may appear differently depending on lighting conditions and your device's screen settings. This is why we offer free fabric swatches, allowing customers to choose up to 6 different colors and patterns across our Magic and Miracle collections so they can see the colors in person before purchasing. If the color didn't meet your expectations, we'd also like to let you know that we offer a free exchange within 30 days from the date your package was delivered, provided you're still within the eligibility period. If you haven't yet reached out to our support team, we'd be happy to assist you. We'd like to clarify that while our covers are designed to be pet friendly and more resistant to everyday wear from pets, no fabric is completely immune to punctures or tears. The way a cover wears can vary depending on several factors, including a dog's size, weight, activity level, and even the condition of their nails. Even if dogs don't actively scratch or dig at the fabric, repeated movement, jumping, or shifting on the couch can still create friction over time. It's also worth noting that wear isn't always caused by pets alone. Everyday use can contribute as well, as fabrics may rub against clothing, and items such as jean rivets, zippers, or other small metal accessories can sometimes catch on the material without us realizing it. Regarding the discount we offered, this was because your order was already outside of our warranty coverage. Although the warranty had expired, we still wanted to provide a goodwill gesture to help with a replacement. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and the information we provide to customers. Thank you again for giving Nolan Interior a try. 💛

Since you were preparing to leave town last fall, there simply wasn't enough time to carefully choose a fabric and color, and we appreciate you taking another look now. We're happy to let you know that Cinnamon is one of our newest colors in the Miracle Plush Collection, introduced alongside our new Cherry color. It's not being discontinued, in fact, it's a brand-new addition to our lineup! At the moment, Cinnamon swatches are not yet available on our website, but they will be available soon.
