On 04/17/2026 I placed an order that arrived about 10 days later. The order total was $294.57, 11 pieces for a brand new sectional to be covered. Seat cushions, and back pillows. We have only washed them twice, in the order of directed company’s recommendations. I notified Nolan Interiors today 08/31/2026..just 4 months into the usage of the defective product issues in thinning and small holes forming already. Zero customer appreciation. They offered us a $15 discount coupon..complete insult. They didn’t even ask how many have thinned, how many have the small holes already? I would definitely NOT recommend ordering from Nolan interiors.

After finding my purchases did not properly match my sugar as I had anticipated, I hesitated to make a return by myself “on-line”. I am more comfortable dealing with issues on the phone directly with a person!!! However, from my very first inquiry, I was met with immediate, personable and helpful responses. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase sofa covers.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! The sofa blankets I ordered were soft and well made, but unfortunately they just weren’t quite the right fit for our particular sofas. I reached out to customer service expecting a straightforward return process, and they were incredibly kind, understanding, and generous in helping find a solution. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products. Even though the blankets didn’t end up meeting our specific needs, I was very impressed with both the quality of the products and the level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend this company and would happily order from them again!

I ordered some couch covers and they arrived quite fast! The fit was perfect and the quality so far is great! After receiving them, I had a question for customer service so that I could order more and they surprisingly answered almost immediately with such professionalism and willing to assist! Their knowledge of their product really helped for smooth communication. I ended up ordering more from them!

Second time purchasing! Love them! They respond to emailed fast, and will call to walk you thru anything! You won’t regret it!! Highly recommend

I was disappointed with the product . As advertised it was spill , pet hair and stain proof. It was a thin fabric , no protective barrier . It was water “ repellent” but water / liquids could easily penetrate the cushion covers and soil your cushions. I emailed Mary at customer service to let her know I was really stressed as I just steamed the sectional, washed my cushions and was ready to throw on the covers as preparation for family staying with us from out of town. I need the protection due to having pets. I was happy with the solution and how quick Mary was to respond and support me . I hope they word the product description more accurately in the future. I am thankful for the experience with customer service at the end of the day !
