Hi Rashna, Your order was delivered successfully to the address you provided at checkout, as confirmed by Royal Mail tracking. Upon investigating, we found that there was a mistake in the address you entered, which caused the parcel to be delivered a short distance away. We replied to your enquiry and explained how to retrieve the parcel — which was still within your area. We always try to communicate clearly and resolve any issues, but we do depend on the correct delivery details being entered at the time of ordering. I think it's better to add on the home page of the website the delivery timeframe in period of sale rather than on the order confirmation email..this way customers consciously choose when it's best to place an order and to set their expectations from the beginning.

Hi Feriel, Thanks again for your feedback — I’ve just reviewed your order and saw it was placed on Sunday, March 31st and dispatched on Monday, April 1st, which was the first working day after your order. That’s is still within the 2–4 working day delivery timeframe selected at checkout. While we didn’t display the 3–5 day Eid sale notice on the homepage, it was included in the order confirmation as a heads-up, especially for personalised or international orders where delays were more likely. In your case, the order was processed promptly and on time, but I still really appreciate your suggestion — and we’ll take it into account moving forward to make things clearer from the start.

Received only part of my command. Ordered a lot of jewellery for my family for Eid and it arrived a bit late - also one item is missing. Received an empty pocket with only a card with the photo of a ring inside but no ring. Disappointing customer service.

I’ve personally looked into both of your orders, and I can confirm that each was dispatched promptly and delivered within the expected 6–8 working day timeframe, based on the shipping method selected at checkout. One of your orders included a personalised, handcrafted piece — as noted on the product page, this item requires 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch. This is clearly mentioned in the product description, and customers are required to tick a confirmation box acknowledging the extended production time before placing the order. Additionally, we mention on the site that when an order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, we ship the non-custom items first and follow up with a second shipment for the custom piece once it’s ready — which is exactly what we’re doing in your case. We also sent you an update via email recently, but please feel free to reach out again if you didn’t receive it — we're always happy to assist.
