It has been 7 days since you have been ignoring my emails It has been 4 days since the 4 week preparation period of my order has completed It has been 1day since 1 full month has been since I placed the order I have written you 10s of emails, messaged you on facebook and instagram, no response. Absolutely shocking service. I have been patiently waiting since you said it will take 4 weeks. The occasion passed, the moments passed, the 4 weeks passed and my item hasnt even been dispatched. Products are really good and custom pieces are very professionally made, costumer service are very patient and will answer any question in detail. But, i just received my order today and i received a promotional Email from Nimahlondon with 60% off, my order is 14£ less at the time i received it, this really disappointing.

Sharp edges I was really looking forward to receiving my Arabic name necklace. It arrived packaged in a sweet material envelope. The name necklace writing was perfect but I found it to be quite uncomfortable on wearing because of the sharp edges. I’ve purchased name necklaces in the past and never found them to feel sharp to the touch.
