I think it's better to add on the home page of the website the delivery timeframe in period of sale rather than on the order confirmation email..this way customers consciously choose when it's best to place an order and to set their expectations from the beginning.

Received only part of my command. Ordered a lot of jewellery for my family for Eid and it arrived a bit late - also one item is missing. Received an empty pocket with only a card with the photo of a ring inside but no ring. Disappointing customer service.

My necklace was amazing, but it started to rust, so I contacted customer service. Despite sending multiple emails with proof, I haven't heard back, even though their website promises a replacement if it rusts. Will definitely not purchase it again especially since the necklace is supposed to be real silver. Update: it was only after I posted this review the company actually got in touch with me after a week (Yusrea was very considerate and understanding). But, I have finally received my new necklace. However, I am very disappointed at the service and lengths it took to get a new one, it shouldn’t have been so complicated.

The pendant was beautiful and perfect in every way. The disappointing bit was the chain that was a very different shade of gold to the pendant. It looked very dark and somewhat rusty in colour. Will be wearing the pendant in my own chain. Did send theman email and am still waitimg for a response, lets see what they say.

Products are really good and custom pieces are very professionally made, costumer service are very patient and will answer any question in detail. But, i just received my order today and i received a promotional Email from Nimahlondon with 60% off, my order is 14£ less at the time i received it, this really disappointing.

Sharp edges I was really looking forward to receiving my Arabic name necklace. It arrived packaged in a sweet material envelope. The name necklace writing was perfect but I found it to be quite uncomfortable on wearing because of the sharp edges. I’ve purchased name necklaces in the past and never found them to feel sharp to the touch.
