I regret supporting this company
I regret supporting this company, as they have shown a complete lack of morals and ethics.
I purchased three items as gifts, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit the recipient due to the small chains. I returned 2 of the items-mind you in 2 seperate orders, only to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a refund, which I never received.
After initiating a PayPal dispute, I found myself facing an unfortunate buyer protection issue, resulting in not only losing my money but also having the items kept by the company, who will likely resell them, making a profit out of my loss.
What is most disappointing is that this all happened during such a blessed time, which speaks volumes about the company's character. It's truly disheartening, and I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever purchase from here. I will even go as far as saying that they probably give themselves positive reviews because this is such appalling service!

I never received any assistance from the individual mentioned below and had to initiate a chargeback through my credit card. Order at your own risk—if the product doesn't fit, you will likely face difficulties getting your money back!
