I absolutely love my personalized name necklace, it's gorgeous and such a unique piece! However, I did encounter one issue: the chain is a bit too short for comfort, and the name sometimes pokes into my neck, which can be a little painful. It's definitely a minor discomfort, but it could be a safety concern if worn for long periods. Unfortunately, I couldn't add the chain extension due to budget constraints. Would it be possible to provide an extension or a longer chain option? Overall, it's still a beautiful and meaningful piece that I'm happy to have!
