Frustrating Experience with Order Delay
I placed an order for a bracelet on March 16th, and it still hasn’t been shipped. I received an email the same day stating the order had reached the warehouse, but there have been no updates on the tracking website since then. I understand this is a small family business, but I was told the bracelet would be shipped last week, and that hasn’t happened. I’m genuinely disappointed and will cancel my purchase if it isn’t shipped this week.
Update 29/03/2025 : My order has finally been shipped, but I haven’t received it yet. The DHL website doesn’t provide much information. According to the last update on March 27th, the package is in Germany, and there have been no further updates since then. It doesn’t appear to have been handed over to the French Postal Service yet, as there’s no tracking information on their website. So I assume it’s currently still with DHL in Germany.

Your bracelet was dispatched on the 25th of March, and tracking has been updated almost daily by DHL as it moves through their network. We also mentioned in our confirmation email that during our busiest month of the year, there may be a 3–5 day additional processing time — though in your case, there was an extra delay of 4 days, and we fully acknowledged that in our emails and offered you a full refund along with a prepaid return label once the item arrives.
As a family business of just three people, we genuinely care about every customer and do our best to respond with care, honesty, and fairness. While we understand not every experience is perfect, we believe reviews should be based on facts and the full context.
