Totally recommended
Totally recommended, excellent customer support and quality in products. I made a mistake in ordering a bracelet instead of necklace. I wrote a mail asking for support and the response was very fast. They were able to give me support on that issue and the products have arrived in perfect time and conditions.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience with Nimah London. On June 19th, I ordered a gift for a friend, choosing the 1-2 business day fast delivery so I could give it to her promptly. It's now June 28th, and my order still hasn't arrived. I even sent a polite email to check on it, but I haven't heard back, nor have I received my gift. I would caution anyone against ordering from this shop. my order number is: 28716

Salaam Hanan, We’re genuinely sorry to see this review, but we need to clarify what actually happened. Your order has not been delivered because the address you provided at checkout was incomplete. We emailed you twice asking for the missing information so we could ship your order, but we’ve had no reply. Please check your inbox or spam folder, as this delay is not on our side. We’re still happy to ship it out as soon as we receive your full address. You can reply directly to our email or send it again to [email protected]. Thank you, Noor | Customer Support Team Nimah

Prachtig!
Ondanks dat de levertijd erg lang was (4 weken, maar ik ben goed geïnformeerd), was het zeker het wachten waard! Ik heb een gepersonaliseerde armband besteld en het is prachtig. Heb net mijn tweede bestelling geplaatst 🥰

Tawakul necklace
Hello! I just recieved my tawakul gold plated necklace. The delivery was smooth. Quality looks great. I am extremely happy with the product and price. I will have to see if its durable and doesn't loose shine or color but otherwise very happy!
