Night Vision GuysReviews of nightvisionguys.com

Not only did Night Vision Guys meet the competitors price, they delivered way ahead of the scheduled delivery date......(The product i ordered was on backorder with everyone in the country.) My guess is NVG have built great relationships with their suppliers to get products to their door much faster than their competition which allows them to service customers like myself in a timely manner......These guys have won my business and i look forward to doing more business with them in the future and i also will recommend NVG to everyone interested in these type of products. I cant wait to go shoot some after dark yotes! Marc Payton

I contacted Night Vision Guys requesting a price match. Not only did the meet it, they beat it. The sales associate, Felix Teper, was very helpful and responsive. I received my ATN X-Sight II within a week and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks NVG! -Chuck

Although my experience started off shaky. Felix did everything in his power to accommodate me. There are high expectations of service, value, and quality that come w/ products that cost this much. Although the product I ordered seemed to be defective, Felix worked with me and got me taken care of. I will try them again, when I am ready for my next investment.

I gave the "make offer" option a try just to see if I could get a deal on the ATN X-sight ll HD 5x20, and boy did I. I sent my email saying that I found a really good deal on eBay that was selling the scope for the regular price and throwing in the battery pack for free. And the night vision guys delivered with offering the same deal but $10 less! Shout out to Felix, super fast response time.

NVG had by far the best price I could find on the scope I bought. Felix helped me with my order and even offered a bit of a deal on an upgrade to a better model scope and on some accessories I needed. He was very responsive to emailed questions and kept me informed of developments with the order such as shipping and tracking. Will definitely be buying from them again.

After another purchase of an exportable night vision device from Felix, I can say I cannot see why I would buy elsewhere. The export paperwork was a simple fast matter made easy by Felix...2 minutes total time. He beat ALL the competitor's prices. Fedex got the FLIR 640 resolution monocular to my door...handling all the import issues without extra charges. Finally I appreciated his return phone calls and emails to answer my questions.

Check out process was simple and easy. At the time of my purchase, this was the cheapest i could find! Looking forward to many hog hunts ahead

I am extremely satisfied with the Night Vision Guys (NVG) customer service and sales staff. I purchased two NV scope units recently. In both cases, the sales staff (Felix) was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely responsive. Replies to my questions during the order process were provided almost immediately....even on Sunday ! And in both cases NVG responded and was able to offer a high quality unit at a price that was better than any I had found elsewhere..
