Ordered an item in stock, did next day shipping. I emailed them, as I had a hunt coming up and wanted to get it zeroed in before then.(hence why I paid alot extra for the shipping) after emailing them, they said it would be shipped by Friday... The following week I email them, they have non in stock, and they're about 2 weeks behind they're originally send date.. most likely will cancel and never use them again.

I tried three times to order the nvg. Twice on my iPad without success and on I phoned and gave up after 15 min. On one order on my iPad I paid through PayPal and it brought me back to an empty cart and no order number. I called customer support and gave up after 10 minutes, I texted customer support and asked if the item was in stock and 2 days later got a reply of yes. I tried to order on iPad again and again came back to an empty cart. I texted customer support and explained what happened and 26 hours later got a reply “Hi, Did you receive an order confirmation?” I replie no and never got a reply.YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE!!!

The optic I received was fine, however, customer service is very unimpressive and frustrating. I tried to order an Ir light with it. They sent a different light than I ordered, which is no big deal. But when I tried to return it, they took their time emailing me back, only to tell me that I ordered the wrong light, sending a screen shot to prove it. The screenshot of my order was correct, but what they sent me was incorrect, so I sent them back both what I ordered, and what I got, and they just ignored it. So now I’m out 400 dollars because they apparently don’t care to take the time to respond and fix their error. I will absolutely be spending my money elsewhere, and making certain that nobody that I know wastes any money shopping with this incompetent outfit.

The customer service was just horrible may take 2 days for a reply email. After several attempts to call and I mean prolly a dozen times no answers no return call just waiting till they eventually hung up or said no one is available. Prices are great but I rather spend the money for better customer service.

My experience with NVG Guys was one of mixed emotions. I ordered something that was in stock according to the website. I got thru the interesting ordering process and 5 emails about this and this was for a non-NV scope. They took my money over $1400 and when i inquired about the tracking and shipping time i was told it was out of stock. Doom on me for taking the website for face value after watching for 5 days to ensure that it was not an error. Doom on me for not first calling to see if it was in stock like some of the other products that state call before ordering. I actually thought this experience was going to turn out to be a scam and my money was gonna end up being a fight to get it all refunded. NVG guys are professional with compliance with not selling itar and on their response for a refund and very timely on getting the funds back to me. I would encourage others to call first to ensure the item(s) are in stock and not discontinued or not available. I understand that this business is very busy due to demand and such of the times but i also feel that this was aggravating enough to give a response since my money was taken before shipment of an item that wasnt in stock. And technology is good enough to not let this happen again. Lesson learned. I will be ordering from this site again if an item i want is in stock since their inventory is extensive and their communication was timely.

You will not get a faster response via email. You will not get a response at all on the first day. You will not be told you order is out of stock. (web sight said it was in stock) Tou will be told what you want to here, we should be able to have to you by then, I hope we can, itll be about two weeks. Two weeks after making the order, I'm told In a condescending voice, what you ordered had been discontinued, we may not even get any in, WHEN we even get our order. WHAT THE F***. Ok, lts do do the upgrade you told me about via email. Its sold, Dont have it. Long silence, well let's get my order cancled then. cause I'm down a unit, I've got 4k tied up in who knows what, thats out of stock and not coming.. Then... well I know it's more money but you can upgrade to the thermion xp50. Its instock and can be shipped in ONE to TWO days. Guess what? I've prepared to upgrade twice to accommodate the lack of communication. Spend 1500 dollars more and I still dont get a freakin tracking order three days later for a unit thats in stock? I would like to say thank you to ULTIMATE NIGHT VISION for shipping my batterys only HRS after ordering them. I'll update this when the transaction is finished. I'm leaving two stars for at least being told the truth before I was completely screwed with out an optic. Time is ticking, and I'll be glad to share my experiance. If cant support all your customers, dont advertise that you're the best in the business about it.
