*Updated 11/19* While the initial experience was incredibly frustrating (especially trying to get in contact via phone), I have to give Night Vision Guys credit for stepping up with customer service. Felix arranged to get an adapter shipped to me via next day so I could get my thermal out on the range and setup. The team took feedback and updated the product page to provide a better description. [Original Review] Purchased a Rattler V2 "Clip On" from this company expecting to actually be able to use it as a clip on. Nowhere on the product page does it mention you have to purchase a separate $383 mount. The advertised "comes with FREE AGM 2120" was a complete lie as well. Did not actually come with a 2120 and according to their CS they won't honor it. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone....All in all an incredibly frustrating experience.

Editing review as NVG has cleared some of the confusion on my part. The original shipping label DID indicate my accessories would be shipping/arriving at a later date. I just did not know they were on backorder, I was expecting another package soon. NVG has cleared the confusion on my part, as well as shipped my accessories that I was waiting for. NVG has promptly worked with and communicated with me in order to resolve all issues.

Shipping is too much.

There should be better way of giving shipping ideas . At least an estimate on days to receive .

I ordered PVS7-P,I am delighted with the product, I have been testing it in my apartment and urban environment . It works as advertised!! The only I suggestion is to enlarged the holes for the neck strap. Mine didn't fit. The only issue I have Is the delivery time. I was told it would come Wednesday after being sent Tuesday. That was super wishful thinking on the person that wrote it. It arrived Friday which was acceptable. To have an accurate time when it was suppose to get here would of been nice. Since I need to have some one at my place to accept the package. This was no reflection on The night Vison Guys! Good Day!!

Excellent product and a great price but they're a little weak on communicating with customers.

I wish your descriptions were a little more in depth. I had to keep switching back and forth to the ATN site as well as this site to compare thermals and finally chose the right one
