Had no trouble with this company. Folks are very knowledgeable about all the products they carry! Only drawback, I was to cheap to pay for faster shipping!

I attempted to purchase a predator 336 thermal sight from a large online retailer (lets refer to them as "Sight World") due to the price offered, manufacturer rebate, and number of in stock units. My first surprise was my order was lost, when I called to verify my order I was informed there was no way they could offer the price I was quoted and they offered a price $400 higher. My second surprise came when no similar units were available, and it would be on back order for 4-6 months. My third surprise came when, due to expiration of a year end rebate, I would no longer receive the mail in $500 manufacturers rebate. I was furious! I decided though I was still purchasing the product, it would not be from "Sight World". I called Nightvisionguys, did not get an answer so i hung up. Within minutes, I received a phone call from them apologizing for not being able to get to my call, and asking how they could help me! What an amazing group! These guys checked a missed call number and called the client back even though I didn't leave a message! Nightvisionguys went on to match the extremely low price offered by the other online retailer, and will have my unit to me within two days. If you are concerned about who to spend your money with, rest assured, Nightvisionguys will make it right (and match the competitor's price)! Thank You NVG's!!!!!

After shopping around I came across night vision guys and decided to give them a chance and man am I glad I did. Not only did they beat the price which was already low Felix answered every question I had and I assure you there were more then a few. He helped me to make the best decision for the money I was willing to spend at the moment considering I made plans a couple months back to buy a nice Thermal device in February but I needed another toy in the mean time. By far this was the best Customer service experience of my life. My Thermal purchase will definitely be with Felix even if he can't beat the price like he did this time. I will be a Night Vision Guys loyal customer until one of us gives it up and retires. And I will tell everyone that will listen go give Felix a call or email and let the best in the business help you with your next night vision purchase or question.

I was busy at work and didn't have a chance to place my order until late on Friday afternoon and I had to have the scope delivered the next morning. Felix stayed past closing hours assisting me with my thermal vision options, and he also managed to ship the order for next morning (Saturday) delivery. Any other online retailer and I would have been SOL. Pricing was competitive as well. Night Vision Guys carry a decent inventory. Other night vision equipment retailers I had called said it would take several days for units to be shipped direct from the manufacturers.

In this day and age it seems good customer service is getting harder and harder to find. Not Felix and the Night Vision Guys (sounds like a band). They know exactly how competitive the market is and how important the customer is. As the title says, I couldn't be happier. Felix was quick to respond and by the end of the day, I had bought two scopes. Not just the one I was after. Job well done Felix.

This is how a company should do business! NVG with the help of Felix went out of their way to not only get me the best price on the web but upgrade me at no cost when they found out one of the items I ordered was on back order. I can't say enough about Felix. He answers his emails in a quick and timely manner and knows his stuff. He knew I needed the products by a specific date and he made it happen. I was looking for a thermal scope I've been wanting to buy so with reading all the positive feedback about this company on the forums etc. I decided to give them a shot at my business even though I was prepared to buy elsewhere. I emailed them asking for the best price they could give me on the scope and Felix very quickly responded with a very competitive price. I was working with other companies to get a good deal and was being told "wait until Black Friday/Cyber Monday and we'll give you our best offer then. I got tired of playing those games and Felix had been giving me such awesome customer service that I ended up emailing him back and said let's just do it now. I emailed the other companies back saying they need to treat customers they way NVG do. NVG gave me their best deal right away without any back and forth. My order was placed on cyber Monday with Felix and NVG and shipped from California and I received it in Michigan on that Friday. Felix and NVG have earned my business for life and I'll do my best to send friends and family to them also. The process was easy, the price was great, the customer service was outstanding and it was shipped the day the order was received and delivered on time. I strongly recommend everyone to give this place a chance to earn your business and they will!
