Night Vision GuysReviews of nightvisionguys.com

I recently purchased the Apollo 640 clipon and although there was a small hiccup with my order from Armasight Inc (not Nightvisionguys) I highly recommend working with Felix. He worked with me to ensure I was satisfied ( he handled the communication resolution with Armasight) then he went above and beyond to make sure Armasight took care of me. Call or email before you buy, Felix will help you make the right decision before you pull the trigger on a night vision set up. Felix, Thank you for taking time to work with me, I appreciate your time and support.

That very good companey

My scope arrived but not as quickly as i expected. Night Vision Guys responds quickly when you have a problem. Nice and respectful on the phone and works with the customer on issues.

Couldn't be happier, provided outstanding customer service throughout the whole order, we're prompt and attentive in regards to email correspondence, questions, etc. They actually accidentally listed the optic I'd originally ordered as in stock, which it wasnt, but offered the next magnification down at a discount price...shipped to a wrong address, but to make up for it they dropped the price even more and sent a free Tshirt for the delay. Went from almost a 1600 total to only 1300 with a shirt. And a great attitude about it the whole way, couldn't be happier. Thanks.

I've gotten some nvg and thermal units from them , if I ever had a doubt or question they really replied fast and advised , I would recommend this company and I definitely keep getting units from them

I shopped for months, read hundreds of reviews, and these guys take customer service seriously....Super fast delivery and customer service second to none.... Can't wait to buy from them again !!!

Very responsive...Without any hesitation, they can answer all of your questions..

I purchased 2 NYX-14 Gen 3+ Ghost MGs (the ones with the white phosphor tube). One was from Night Vision Guys, and the other was from Amazon. I purchased both in the same week and both arrived about 5 days after I made my order. After having these for a couple weeks I gotta say Night Vision Guys was the way to go. The price is impossible to beat for one but that's not really what matters. Felix is who I worked with and he was pretty helpful and no hassles. He's a good guy and we had a couple good chats. Calm and honest! The consumer difference really ended up being the devices themselves. Night Vision Guys (NVG) got me a unit direct from Armasight and it appears to be a fresh unit. The SN is much newer than the one I received from Amazon. The one from Amazon seems even a bit used but at the very least was one of the first models which I can confirm with the SN. The photon sensor on the NVG setup works very well while the other I'm not sure if it works at all. I spoke with Andrew at Armasight (now Flir) who is the Director of Customer Service and he confirms great relations with NVG saying they're one of his best customers. Still both units perform as hoped and well beyond. I'm sorry I bought my first set from Amazon. I really should have went with NVG the whole way through but I will be purchasing more. In fact I'm about to make an order right now ;) Thank you Felix/NVG!
