Night Vision GuysReviews of nightvisionguys.com

After a small problem, the sales dept was able to work it out and complete the process. Everything worked out in the end and I would use them again in the future. Thanks.

Had a great experience buying from NVG. These things are serious money and I wanted to talk to a live person before making a purchase. I spoke to Felix and he assured me of the price and that the unit would ship out the next business day. I was a little skeptical because every other website said at least a week or two. Sure enough, the unit shipped out the next day and I had it 3 business days later. I registered it with Armasight and all is well. Very happy with the price and the whole experience. Thank you!

Very happy with the amount of professionalism and communication throught my purchase. Being in New Zealand Felix took the time to make sure everything went right, was quick to respond to my queries and always helpful. Would recommend these guys to anyone wishing to purchase these sort of optics. Thank you

After doing business with a couple of other Night Optics companies Night Vision Guys truly excelled in professionalism, evaluating my needs and recommending the right product to assure satisfaction. Last year I purchased a pulsar thermal monocular to use in scouting and in conjunction with a digital night scope. Today my Armasight Apollo Pro Thermal clip on that I purchased on Monday shipped. Felix emailed and I expect delivery soon. Price match, knowledgeable reps, fast shipment and excellent service. I recommend Night Vision Guys to anyone in the market for day or night vision products.

Felix spent the time to make sure I was making the best purchase for my needs. Even when I was comparing the scope with one of his competitors ( which he said nothing but good things about them) he was patient and willing to work through all my pain staking questions about the various products. Never once tried to pressure me into the sale. He also made it clear that they were available to me anytime in the future if I had questions or needed anything. The bottom line is that I am high maintenance and they never made me feel like it. If you have high expectations then let them exceed them I doubt you will be disappointed.

I purchased a pulsar Apex thermal scope and a Pulsar Quantum thermal monocular from these guys. Felix called the next business day and said that the LCD model of the Apex I ordered had been back ordered. I told him I had hoped to have it before the weekend and he found me the better Quality OLED version for only a slight dollar increase (especially considering the $800-$1000 increase between the two models) and it was shipped the very next day. I am always willing to pay extra for good quality, but these guys offer both the best quality and lowest prices of anybody I've seen.

I made an enquiry via their website about an exportable ATN night scope and received a prompt reply from Felix explaining the process involved. He gave me a great deal on the item and was very helpful and informative. I received great communication throughout the whole purchase. I would definitely recommend Felix and Night Vision Guys for all your NV needs.

I've bought three different thermals from these guys. This time was the Armasight Q14 640 30hz. Best prices around. Thanks Felix!
