I now own 6 reels 3 spinning and 3baitcasrers. I love every one of them. They perform as well as any reel at a great price, customer response is great through e mail contact. I own reels in the $300 plus range and I keep using the pisifun reels, they cast better, farther have better drag and are lighter.then my more expensive reels great job pisifun.

You said the reel was in stock but it was not it was on a ship. So delayed 2 weeks

The customer service hands down is top notch. The attention to detail and quick response is rarely seen these days. Kudos to the customer support. Also the product is superb. Picifun chaos pro reels are amazing.

I have been purchasing Carbon X spinning reels and bait casting reels from Piscifun for many years. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and prices of these products. I am also very pleased with your excellent customer service. I once encountered a problem with one of the spinning reels. Piscifun replaced it immediately with a similar product.

I’ll give the reels 4 1/2 stars I own several types of your reels, but when it comes to parts and replacements, it’s horrible. I have two reels that I would like to fix and trying to get Parts is like pulling teeth has been an absolute nightmare. I would just send the reels in 1000 pieces back to you to let you do it, but I’m sure that would cost me more than just buying a new reel.
