Felix is absolutely incredible, and the products are great!

I would highly recommend Night Vision Guys to anyone looking for NV or thermal optics. Felix was very professional and knowledgeable. The best part is that my thermal was delivered just a few days after I placed my order. Top notch customer service!!!

After waiting quite a while, I had to cancel an order because of the Mfg. having a problem. Within hours Felix had refunded my money. He made some suggestions, I thought it over, and upgraded to a Pulsar Trail XP 50. Not only did I get the best deal I could find, I was also kept up to date about shipping. I will admit it's frustrating trying to contact them sometimes, but keep at it. You'll be glad you did. I will definitely do business with Felix again.

Good company to deal with

I am new to thermal and was looking for Flir & new nothing. I heard that they were armasight & I tried for days to call Flir & then armasight. Then I got hold of night vision guys and could not get any real response to contact with them by phone or email. I was ready to give up & Then Felix got involved and he was very patient and helped answer all my questions and eventually I bought the predator 336 -60 hz. It had some unforseen shipping problems & again Felix fixed it and I am absolutely satisfied. I run a range www.Gunsitehills and I teach classes Daily & plan to utilize it for training and maybe a dealer for them in the future..

I'm new to the whole night vision scene as far as brands and prices go, but I have needed to get a sight for the longest time. The Night Vision Guys website was easy to use and very easy to find information if I needed it. They had the best prices that I saw online! If I ever need to buy anything that is even related to sights again I will check here first! they have themselves a new customer.
