Buyer beware!!Im truly disappointed. Im not the type to complain. I spent lots of money with them. The very last purchase i ordered an all black Greenbay Packers fitted cap. Normally brand new caps arrive with plastic covering. They normally are crisp. No wrinkles whatsoever. I paid $49.99 for it. When it arrived it wasn’t plastic wrapped. It had wrinkles on it. And a stain. And it had a price tag on it for $42.00. I took a picture of it. I managed to get the wrinkles and stain off. I found out they don’t have a customer service phone number. So i emailed their so called customer service and included the picture. All i was asking for is a $7.99 credit towards my next purchase since they charged me $7.99 more than what their price tag said. Their emails are handled strictly by AI. They basically told me to go F myself. I learned my lesson and took my business elsewhere.

I’m disappointed in their marketing team and recent campaigns. Most of the hats the released over the last few years has been WHACK. Plus there isn’t any way to purchase hats that they did release in the past, that you missed because you saw it late. Would be great if we could create our own.

Ordered a San Francisco Giants Hat, received a St. Louis Cardinals Hat. New Era said I need to 1) Repurchase the item I want (they provided me "discount" codes for product & free shipping) and 2) return the wrong item. I started trying to re-purchase the same item, the discount codes do not work. I asked Support for more help, they said my item does not qualify for discounts. Then I started going through hassle to return item as required, but their system told me "Does not comply with our returns policy." I gave up, what a nightmare purchase & customer service experience. I'm charging back this purchase to my credit card. DONT BUY GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY!

,new era has terrible craftsmanship n worse customer service!!!! I have a Justin Morneau limited edition hat. N the logo is not centered. New era, the company that produced the hat told me to go to the retailer. Wakey wakey NEW ERA!. the retailer didn't make a limited edition hat with an off centered logo!!. Zero care for quality! ZERO care for customers satisfaction!

I ordered two hats, they canceled one citing inventory issues, but shipped the other. I paid 8 dollars for shipping. I explained to them that I wouldn't have paid 8 dollars for shipping if I had known I was only going to get one hat. I asked for money back, they said no. I asked several times, they said no. Offered me a coupon and free shipping on my next order. Well, this order took 16 days to get to me, I told them I would never order from them again due to shipping issues and the cancelation of half my order. I told them I just wanted 4 dollars back. They said no. I asked several times. It was no every time. Don’t buy from them. Don't buy new era period! Buy another brand. Put them out of business!

I ordered a Detroit Pistons hat and the hat shipped labelled DLtroit Pistons. Customer service told me I'd have to ship it back to them, with all the tags in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Horrible customer service, and to be frank an absurd process for what is a clear and egregious misprinted mistake(sent to them via photos). Will not be getting my hats from them again.

Ordered a sweatshirt from New Era Cap and they sent me the wrong item. Customer service charged me shipping to send this item back and told me if I wanted the original item, I would have to order it again. I never received the item I ordered and I’m out the shipping money for a mistake they made. Customer service refuses to credit the full amount of my payment back to my card. They deducted the shipping cost for my return on an item I never ordered. The back and forth with a customer service rep is a waste of time. Ridiculous. They are thieves!

My order never arrived. When I talked to them they blamed Fedex and stated "This always happens." If this is always happening why not switch to USPS? The picture of the delivery is so blurry I cant even identify where they dropped the package off. To pass the burden of your failed relationship with your carrier to your customers is horrible practices. Do not order from New Era unless you are comfortable with not receiving your order.
