Order was NEVER fulfilled!. New ERROR... Opps!.. New Era claimed they had a "heavy volume" and that I would be notified with shipping info when possible, of course that was after they stole over $300.00 dollars of my money. I have yet to receive the merchandise I ordered or a refund since early November, it is now December 16 and I've tried to contact Christopher Koch but when I found out he literally tried to kill someone by driving into them with his vehicle... I figured contacting him would be USELESS!!!. A SORRY CEO = A SORRY BUSINESS!. If there's a Class Action lawsuit against New Era Cap Company, I would most DEFINITELY love to be a part of it!!!.

Absolute trash company. They bombard you with emails about product, then when you order get ready to wait WEEKS to get your product. 10 business days just to put a hat that they make in a box and THEN your shipping time starts. I'll NEVER buy from new era again. I'll just use lids or official team stores. Purchased 2 hats on 12/2 its now 12/16 and my hats are still somewhere in PA while i wait in Seattle. Absolute garbage and the customer service as mentioned in other reviews is worthless as well. Hopefully my hats do arrive bc i have no faith on these clowns getting me a refund or replacement.

Paid for expedited 2-4 day shipping. I needed it by the 20th. As of today it’s been parked for more than 10 days. If I don’t get a response I’m contacting my credit card company and cancelling the order. This place is a joke. Never ordering from your company again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered something by mistake, with my old address. I contacted customer service within 2 minutes. Once an order is placed, you’re out of luck.

BUYER BEWARE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT. SHIPPING TIMES ARE INACCURATE. EMAILS WILL GO UNANSWERED. PHONE CALLS WONT BE ACCEPTED. AND GOOD LUCK RECEIVING YOUR MERCHANDISE. I ORDERED ON 11/29 AND TODAY IS 12/11, STILL NO RESPONSE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM NEW ERA CAP AGAIN.

Placed order on November 30th and still no shipping update, glad I paid with PayPal and has already started my refund process. Will never order from them again. Now to get in touch with the BBB about this company!

Such a disgrace of a company. Their customer support and shipping timing is complete dog water. Like all the other reviews it’s been almost 10 days and they haven’t even started shipping my order. I paid for $150+ of products and they’ve shipped me 1 hat out of everything and the rest hasn’t even been acknowledged. On top of their dog water services, They don’t let you cancel or modify your orders. Just all around terrible experience. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DOG WATER COMPANY. A chimpanzee could probably provide better service than this disgrace. Buyer beware!! I’ve always thought highly of new era so I don’t even think to read reviews but I wish I did. Get your crap together you have a HUGE customer base, sad you do this to loyal customers.

Ordered a hat for my boyfriend as a birthday gift on November 11th. I payed to have it expedited so it would get here on time for his bday on the 16th. Boy was I fooled. I contacted them to let them know that saying I’d receive my item in 2-4 business days was deceptive & that they should not claim what they cannot fulfill. It is now December 9th. 21 business days since I ordered this hat. With the looks of these comments, I should receive it before Christmas… just upset that I payed an extra $15 for shipping and they still haven’t gotten the hat boxed yet. They aren’t willing to at least refund me for the shipping cost and change the shipping instructions. This place is a joke. Never order online from them. They need to revamp their ordering system and customer service.
