From start to finish, they were fantastic!! The communication was above and beyond!! My custom made item was impeccable and I am extremely pleased! What a talented team!! I am over the moon and will most certainly come back to them in the future!

I ordered two jackets from them. They confirmed my order and let me know when it shipped. When I received my order there was only one jacket in the package. I immediately emailed the representative who had confirmed my order to let her know what had happened. She apologized and asked for a picture of what I had received. I took a picture of the jacket I received and the packaging it came in. I also included the FedEx delivery confirmation picture showing it on my porch. She relied back that she had forwarded it all to the relevant department and would contact me as soon as she had info. She contacted me shortly after Christmas to let me know they were taking care of it and it would soon be shipping. When it shipped she contacted me and gave me the tracking info. It arrived a few days sooner than she estimated it would. When I opened the package everything was as it should be. I gave them 5 stars because even though there was a mistake with the first shipment they answered my concerns quickly and stayed in contact with me throughout the process.

Amazing quality product and exceptional customer service! I ordered one of their jackets, which needed customisation, and the team went above and beyond. They did a fantastic job and kept me informed throughout the process, even when there were delays. Highly recommend!

This company is terrible. Do not waste your money. It is a total rip off! What you order and what you get are two incomparable items. Not even close. Very disappointing

Do not respond to emails , do not ship on time , is not based in USA . You will lose your money if you order from this company. Do NOT order. If you do remember a warning ignored is a consequence accepted .
