I had a great customer service experience with this company. They we able to solve some minor issues I had with my order to my satisfaction. Their craftsmanship is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. My husband will be wearing his new jacket to work every Friday during football season, I think it’s crazy but hey, he is a football fan.

Avoid this retailer if you are looking for high quality leather items. Notwithstanding its name, this company is not an American, it is an Indian company Moreover that sells Poor quality bootleg-like leather jackets. Customer service is both ineffective as well as unprofessional. They advertise shearling, but what you get is not shearling...but rather fake-fur...Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I am completely impressed. My jacket fits me as if it were made just for me. I am 6'1" weigh 165 and ordered a M. I absolutely LOVE it. This company is the real deal.

I ordered a Terminator M65 Field Jacket from NAJ but instead received a cheap looking cosplay jacket made fully of cotton with plastic studs in which one had come off the jacket. The jacket should be a mixture of cotton for the actual coat but with leather sewn into the collar, with a hidden hood that zips into the back of the coat just like a real M65 field jacket, leather backing with heavy duty metal studs firmly embedded into the coat and leather elbow marking. After complaining to NAJ about the cheap looking coat I had received, they said they would have another one remade to be like what I specifically ordered. I sent them pictures of the original jacket from the movie and explained to them how it should look and that the studs should be a hard metal material that are firmly embedded into the leather stitching of the coat, it should also have a hood that tucks away when needed, into the collar via a zipper and that the jacket should be 5 inches longer to go down to the inside leg as my first one was only waist high and too short. After a few weeks, I was emailed from Tina and Ava who are both customer service advisors for NAJ. Both were extremely helpful, asking me about my specifics for the replacement jacket and that could I possibly supply any pictures and videos of the original jacket from the movie, to which I did and obliged. They then promised me that the jacket makers from Pakistan would do another top quality jacket from the supplied video and pictures and be in touch. They then sent me a FEDEX tracking number about 3 weeks later saying that the jacket had been completed and shipped. I was super excited to receive this, but was skeptical it wouldn't be exactly like the jacket in the film. When it arrived a few days ago and I opened it, I literally couldn't believe how good it was and the way they completely changed it from the look on the NAJ website to look exactly like the one in the movie that I requested and completely free of charge as a replacement. I would definitely recommend NAJ and their jacket makers based in Pakistan who listen to their customers and deliver excellent customer service. So thanks to Tina and Ava for helping me to resolve this issue and for anyone wanting a replica leather jacket from a particular movie....then I would 100% definitely recommend NAJ. Go with them, you won't be disappointed. I will upload pictures of my first and replacement jackets in due course. I have also received the second leather jacket from the movie The Terminator. This is a replica of the expensive Bates Highwayman that Arnie wears in the second half of the movie once he does the surgery on his arm and eye. This is another great looking jacket with soft leather just like the original with all of the the correct markings just like in the film but at a much cheaper cost than a £3,000 Bates Highwayman Original would set you back.
