The Lost Americana jacket is better than anything I could have imagined!! It’s GORGEOUS quality and although the production time was long, once shipped it arrived in less than a week!!

These guys are a total scam. Said they could create a Halloween costume in two weeks. By week three, I still had not heard from them, so I reached out. They told me that the outfit would not be ready until after Halloween. I demanded a refund. They said it would processed in three to four days. Two weeks later no refund. Contacted them again, and they said they had an issue with their credit system and that I would have to file a dispute, which they would approve. Total waste of time and money. AVOID.

Shipping time and processing takes long but is absolutely worth it! Customer service was very excellent and they respond quickly. My package was delivered to the wrong address but I ended up actually receiving it within 7 days. This is definitely a company you have to wait a couple months to receive your order because they are custom hand-made from Asia but it's worth the wait if you're willing to do so!

STAY AWAY from this company! I paid extra for expedited shipping & they said I would have the suit within 4-6 days, on the 7th day I emailed them I haven't received it for the costume party that night & they had not even started it yet. They confirmed 1 day after ordering I'd have it in time. I was left with no costume for the party. They agreed to refund me & after the 7 days was up I followed up & they said they weren't able to issue a refund & to dispute the charge. Here is their email to me below. What a joke! I sincerely apologize for the delay in receiving the refund for your canceled orders. Unfortunately, due to ongoing issues with our payment processor, we are currently unable to process refunds directly from our end. In light of this, I kindly request that you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your card issuer. Once we receive notification of your claim, we will promptly accept it so that the refund can be released to you without further delay. Leather Jacket took 5 weeks to arrive, and was packed balled up and stuffed in a repurposed FedEx plastic bag turned inside out. Jacket had strong mold scent and Sherpa lining smelled of urine. Size was much larger than ordered, and in a strange way with the back of jacket having excess leather. Return authorization took a week and they insisted I pay, which I did to just get it out of my house. The address they gave for return is a residence in Fresno, Ca. which is strange! Sales Mgr. Just emailed me asking for my PayPal ID to refund me jacket cost and return shipping, instead of refunding Klarna. I declined and opened an investigation through Klarna. Two months later I have no jacket and no refund, but Klarna says they’re handling it. Do not order from this company! Sketchy time wasters and cheap, gross products.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT order from this company as it is not reputable and does not do what it says it will do. I have been repeatedly lied to in email from this company after ordering a costume that was to be used for Halloween. Ordered on 10/4 - paid for expedited shipping. After several emails back and forth it is now 10/21 and they are admitting that we will not receive the costume on time for Halloween. Again after several emails with false promises.

The Color Out of Space Nicolas Cage jacket I ordered is amazing. It took a lot longer to get my order but the customer service was great and they answered all my questions quickly. I’m definitely thinking of ordering a different jacket soon!
