Ordered and paid for a jacket in December 2025 for Christmas present. Wasn't delivered until mid January 2026. Jacket was wrong size. Wanted to return it for the right size. We were to to keep the Jacket and mail them a extra $60.00 for shipping so we paid the extra $60.00 for the exchange and as of today March 30,2026 still no jacket. We have been communicating with sellers through emails many times because they have a listed phone number that we find. They usually answer their emails and has always lied to us telling us the Jacket is on the way but it has never came. I'm pursuing a small claim court action in Nebraska on this company. We have give this company many chances to get our Jacket but we have given up any hope of getting our jacket. DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. They constantly lie to you.

Took forever to receive the jacket that was not even close to what was on the picture. Sent it back for exchange, 3 months later, no refund nor replacement jacket. Oh, also received the customs bill, because jacket was sent from Pakistan. STAY AWAY from this scammers.

I’ve been waiting for my order for the last three months. Got a load of emails (reactive ones, no proactive communication from them) swearing each time it would be done « by the end of the week ». No jacket. Don’t order from those people.

The coat I ordered, which was a Christmas Present, is to small. I have tried contacting them via email a few times with no response. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a coat in good faith on Friday, 24 October 2025. As of 22 December 2025, I am still waiting for a delivery date, with no product received. I formally requested a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that goods purchased online must be delivered within 30 days unless an alternative timeframe has been explicitly agreed. This statutory period has clearly been exceeded, placing the company in breach of its legal obligations. Since requesting the refund, all communication from the company has stopped. I am extremely disappointed by both the lack of delivery and the complete absence of customer service.

My nephew ordered a jacket from them for Halloween and was also planning on wearing it afterward. He started his first job and was super excited to get this new jacket with his money that he earned. He paid for expedited shipping to get it in time for Halloween. Halloween came and went and no jacket. It finally came a week later but, unfortunately didn’t fit. We contacted them for a return and to see about getting a refund for the expedited shipping since it did not arrive when promised. They stated that they were overloaded with orders and even though it arrived late, they won’t refund any of the extra shipping cost that he paid for. They also wouldn’t return the jacket and said that the fact it didn’t fit wasn’t an acceptable reason for a return. Their website states that refunds or exchanges will be given within 30 days if the item is not worn, has all the original tags and packaging, and was not custom made. After debating about it through email, they offered to return it for an $80 fee which was ridiculous. Needless to say we’re going to try and sell it to get what we can out of it.

Ordered a vest, said it was going to be shipped within 3 days. A week later and still nothing. I contacted the company to cancel the order because it was no longer going to be here for when I needed it. They tried to say that I couldn't cancel and wrongfully referenced their return policy. I reminded them that their cancelation policy said I could cancel as long as it hadn't shipped. They said they would cancel for a partial refund and I said fine. 3 weeks later still no refund and an email saying that my order was shipped! I no longer have a use for this vest! This is why I canceled!
