Don’t think twice!!!
I got my guest bedroom roman shades from Neutral Curtains and am absolutely in love with them. After looking at their social media accounts and what people have purchased, I decided to go with the relaxed style and I don’t regret it one bit! It elevated my room SO MUCH. So simple yet so elegant. Such high quality fabric and it was easy to install. My husband put them up in minutes!!

They are exactly as described. Very good quality. Function exactly as needed, adjustable privacy with a natural element.

Vivienne Plaid Striped Linen Roman Shades, Top Down Bottom Up
I ordered two of these in "Beige Fog" a couple of months ago for the bathroom. The fabric is very nice, and with the "Privacy" white lining, allows a fair amount of light into the room during the day but prevents you from seeing even shadows at night. The top/down and bottom/up operation are both very smooth and I've had no issues so far. The shipment arrived in under 2 weeks and was in perfect condition. Installation took less than 15 min for each shade. The only slight downside is that the horizontal plastic slats within the fabric that ensure it folds neatly are somewhat visible, and when backlit look sort of yellowish against the bright white fabric. But all in all, a very beautiful shade.

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that the curtains did not meet your expectations. We’d like to kindly clarify that our website clearly states that curtains are sold as single panels, and your order was custom-made exactly according to the specifications you provided. There was no error in the production process. Even so, in an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we processed a return and issued a refund as per our policy. The 90% refund covered the full product value, and the 10% deduction corresponded to the original outbound shipping cost, as stated in our return policy. We truly value your opinion, and we’re always working to improve our service. If you have further questions or need additional support, please feel free to contact our customer service team directly via email. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to clarify.
