The longer interior mount shades are a little tricky and I had to call tech support as well as email them. I needed two people to install these. Still pretty expensive for one shade.

Great with getting swatches and using the website. Measured many times, and they are a little shorter than I expected. They will work for the bedroom, but if I do another room, I will need to add to the length. Easy to install as well- metal ones, and they do look nice up.

I wanted natural bamboo shades so I ordered a couple of the sample books first, which I would highly recommend to make sure you get the look and coloring that you want. My Willow blinds arrived fairly quickly and in good condition. They look to be very well made, and of high quality. The light reducing lining was nicely attached and the cordless lift system is easy to use and seems to operate well. Overall, the blinds are beautiful and just what I wanted. Customer service is helpful and responsive. One thing that I would recommend is that customers evaluate whether the 1/8” sizing allowance made during manufacturing is sufficient for their installation or if additional space would be helpful for the blinds to operate freely.

I ordered the night/day roman shade for my bedroom window and looks nice but it's kind of a pain to put up bc it seems to lack tension to retract all the way. I also made sure to order the fabric length with an extra half inch so I could be sure it would hit the sill with slack and it just *barely* reaches long enough to not have a gap at the bottom. finally, the plastic pull tab on the privacy shade has a tendency to slide from side to side which is going to start to fray such a delicate fabric and also makes it very hard to pull the shade down straight without having to use my hands on the white fabric which will eventually lead to staining over time. for the price I paid, I expected no to have these kinds of issues and it would definitely be a much bigger deal to me if I had ordered shades for the entire home. the fabric of the shade is nice and doesn't feel cheap, and was very easy to install, but because of these issues, I am not likely to return as a customer for future purchases.

Great quality. Quick delivery. I hold back from Giving five stars as I strongly feel the instructions for installation need to be made better. Think shade installation for dummies. I struggled the first window, but learned as I got to the second.

The initial color of shade received was significantly different from the swatch I received but after contacting the company I was sent me a new shade of the correct color free of charge. I am pleased with the shade.
