The shades are beautiful but not even
The shades are beautiful. The problem is they are not straight when you pull them up or down the right side on all of the blinds hangs longer the left side. Not sure how to adjust the strings. I'm sure it can be done. Do you have any information on how to do it I was sent a video after this survey was posted and it helped tremendously. They are now straight and adjusted and beautiful love them. What highly recommend them to anyone what a difference to see beautiful trees and landscaping, but not houses and roads thank you so much.

Fit Issues…and but good customer service
I love the look and fabric of my Roman shade, however i had some issues with my order. Thank goodness I ordered the fit protection because my shade came an inch too short. Customer service help quickly but the second one they send was also an inch short. The then sent a third shade. Finally the right length. So I am finally pleased with my final product. But won’t be buying from them again. It doesn’t seem worth the struggle and I don’t want to have to pay 80 a shade for fit protection.

The shade was made to the correct measurements, but it wasn’t extending down completely due to a mechanical issue. Because your order was still within our free one-year warranty period, we covered the replacement at no cost to you. The Guarantee your FIT! protection you purchased is specifically for measurement-related mistakes (for example, if the size you ordered doesn’t fit your window). That service wasn’t actually used in your case — we replaced the shade under warranty for the lowering issue. That said, we completely understand why the whole process felt like too much of a struggle, and we’re sorry for that. You should never have to go through multiple replacements to get the right result, and we’re taking your feedback seriously as we work to improve.

I was not happy with the communication…
I was not happy with the communication with this company. the items arrived much later than advertised and I had to repeatedly search for tracking information. The quality is ‘fine’ but not great. Seams are crooked and the shades don’t fold evenly when you raise/lower them. Will probably not order from here again.

Quality of the installation was a disaster
Quality of the installation was a disaster. No instructions were sent with shipment. There is no possible way to install the bracket from the top and side which is more secure. The fixed screw on the bracket is too short to allow the installation of the wing nut. For shades that will be adjusted multiple times of the day, a side only installation is not acceptable since overtime wear and tear will deteriorate the stability of the shade. The quality of the material is artificial looking and does not resemble the more wicker, bamboo look. Sample was not adequate to reveal true look. Very slick ads that do not tell the whole story. Customer service was not helpful and refused return. 04/03/2026: Neutral Curtains contacted me to say that they will proceed with the return. Their response was good. From the beginning I wanted to maintain a good relationship for future orders. It was encouraging that they were willing to work with us and proceed with the return. I trust that they will follow through.

Good pricing but measurements not good
Good pricing but quality is not there. Customer service was great in sending me a replacement when measurements were off. However even the replacement shade is not the right measurements and it’s too much of a hassle to reach out. All of my windows measurements are off so it is really disappointing.

Nice fabric quality, definitely not black out.
The quality of the fabric is beautiful. I'm very disappointed that I chose "black out" and they most certainly are not. At most, id say its light filtering. I even have roller shades behind it, and even still light comes through. This was a huge blow due to the high costs and I have very tall windows. I was relying on a company like this for custom drapes, and while the fabric is nice, they're not functional and Im left having to find another solution.

Beautiful but faulty construction
After a good experience with a “trial”’shade, I ordered 2 more. The shades are beautiful but the 2 newest ones do not stay down when pulled to the closing position. Also, one of them keeps hanging up which prevents lowering all the way. The company replied to my email with a video showing how to fix the issue. I will give that a try and hope I don’t permanently mess up my shades.

Decent curtains, poor quality control
I ordered nearly a dozen roman shades to cover the windows of my new house. They came quickly, and each panel's fabric was exactly as pictured. Note: you can see the seams when using a non-blackout liner for the relaxed style, but I don't mind it. The hanging materials are pretty basic, but they function. The reason for 3 stars are several: - none of the curtains were cut to size appropriately. I hung them as an inside mount, and the directions were to give the exact measurements and they would deduct the necessary amount to hang. They did not, and so we had to hand cut every singe shade to fit. - one curtain came with faulty strings, making it hard to retract up. - customer service is non-existent. I still haven't received a response for my issues from their Help Center.
