I ordered 2 of their cremation necklaces on march 1, 2026 which is a sunday. Within ten minutes of ordering, I requested a quick correction to the engraving. Today, march 2, 2026 at 840 am I received a gmail from them stating that thre would be an "engraving adjustment fee' me to change it the text from "meu roma" to "meu romeu" because they had already started processing the order. I confirmed that I did not want it changed and explained that I expect my order in the next couple of days, given that they had already set it up to be engraved in such an imminent way that they wanted to charge me more money to change the lettee "a" to the letters "eu". I suspect they're lying to try and gouge more money. Which, when you consider that this is a memorial service is absolutely despicable. I will update this review when I actually received the product which i strongly suspect is in the regular queue and nowhere near a stage that merits an additional engraving adjustment fee. If i recieve it be wednesdayor thursday this week then i will adjust this review accordingly.

I was blown away by the quality and design of the urn I ordered from Oaktree. It’s modern, tasteful, and exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was compassionate and responsive — I’m so grateful for this experience.

Oaktree Memorials was amazing. I ordered an urn necklace when my grandmother died. They were very respectful, considerate, and kind throughout the process, making it feel special instead of merely transactional. Their customer service was also very kind and helpful helping me find the perfect piece. The necklace itself came promptly and is lovely. Everyone is shocked by how nice and subtle it is. The only thing I would ask for improvement on is instructions on filling the necklace. How full should it be? How do I open the glue it comes with? I wish these questions were answered... That said, I am purchasing another for my other grandmother and will certainly recommend this company.
