Im seriously amazed how beautiful, and high quality the shades are. The shipping was so fast too. Highly highly recommend! Took a risk buying online but they definitely did not disappoint .

I went their address but actually there is no store there, ordered a sample want to give it a try. But it ships from China, I am not going to order curtain from them, if you drop shipping from China you should mark it on your website

Really love my curtains! I was a little skeptical after purchasing and waiting and seeing some not great reviews, but I followed the order suggestions for measuring and they are perfect! I got the relaxed Roman shades and they are just what I wanted!!

Although I’m happy with the construction of the shades, the color is WAY different from the swatch I ordered. The color Oatmeal is very much on the peachy side with the finished product. I realize there can be some slight color variation with Linen, but this is simply unacceptable. I wish I could post pics to show the drastic color variation. Think twice before you buy.
Response from NeutralcurtainsDec 22, 2025
We sincerely apologize for the color variation you experienced with the Oatmeal shade. We understand how disappointing this can be, especially when the finished product differs from the swatch. We have already reached out to you via email to gather more details and request photos of the issue. Once received, we will gladly arrange for a remake and replacement at no cost to you. We truly value your feedback and are committed to resolving this to your satisfaction. Please check your inbox for our message and let us know how we can assist further.

The product has a great look and is of sturdy material. Product is pricey but seems well worth the expense. I would definitely buy from them again.

Fairly fast shipping considering it’s coming from overseas. Product as described and expected- I recommend getting samples. Very pleased with how they look. A little pricey but it was a splurge we felt was worth it based on where it is going. A little rough or unfinished on the edges but doesn’t show that much since we have inside mount. Overall very pleased.

I ordered two blackout woven shades. While they were more on the expensive side, they were made beautifully and arrived within two weeks. The fit is perfect and the look is priceless.
