The product is well made and beautiful (relaxed Roman shades) and the customer service couldn’t have been better. I had an issue with the pull cords being too short, and customer service addressed it immediately and fairly - sending a replacement product with no hassle. I will be shopping here again and recommending to family and friends.

The curtains look nice until we push them up. It seems the fold are not in the right place and they look crooked. It takes patience to get them to lay just right. Otherwise they are great.

I chose Neutral Curtains because they provide the best instructions for measuring and also deliver their sample books quickly and at no cost to me. The curtains arrived promptly in less than a week and were the perfect length. They were packaged well and the wrinkles fell out with no ironing or steaming needed. I do wish they would sell c-hooks for use on already-installed rods that have returns that mount to the wall.
