I would like to give a huge respect to Elizabeth to sort out my issue with customs and delivery there. She was very helpful, even when I've mentioned about customs, that I need some clarifications and she put that email as high priority and gave me what I need. It was very quick and she was very friendly and polite, she deserved some free lunch from the boss or bottle of champagne or even paid off day, not going to lie. That vendor does his job very clever and accurate, so next time if I'm going to buy custom watches I'd buy it from here. One thing to improve is to add watch configurator, so I can configure my watches.
