I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM "NEOLUX" The ladies watch I purchased for my finance arrived from China 45 days after ordering, without the clear caseback I paid for. I emailed the company several times about it and they finally sent the clear caseback but it was for the wrong watch and wouldnot fit. At this point its been over 2 months of additional wating and the movement is now not functioning at all anymore. I tried several times to email the company about my experience in a respective way and at this point they are just ignoring me. This has been a really bad experience both with customer service and quality. Now I am out $325 and will have no chance to return the watch for a replacement or a refund.. I strongly recommend not buying anything from this company they are based in China and unfortunately the majority of the Chinese sellers offer very low quality items with absolutely zero respect for their buyers or customer service at all.

I initially bought two watches from this Company and left very positive feedback as my experience with the customer Service (Elizabeth) was very helpful and the quality of the watches were great. After that positive experience I ordered 7 more; unfortunately, quality of most of the watches were not as good. Additionally, one of them was completely defective and one had major issue particularly with the crown & mover. I shared the video/photo of the defective watch and Elizabeth acknowledged the defect and confirmed that a replacement will be shipped (this was the last email i received from her two months ago, and since then no response or update despite sending total of 6 follow ups/reminders). Also no response about the other watch that had an issue with the crown & mover. I dont think they are a scam company but clearly there is no standard in either the quality of watches or the customer services; that seems to be clear both from the other reviews and my personal experience now. There are quite a lot of other mod companies with almost full 5 star feedback that I would consider for my next watches, certainly not NeoLux.

This has been my first experience receiving such disappointing service from this company. I attempted to contact them multiple times and sent approximately 9–10 emails, yet I did not receive any meaningful response. The only time they replied was after I posted feedback about their poor service. In their response, they requested that I remove my review and assured me that the issue would be resolved. I complied in good faith; however, after that, they failed to respond or follow up in any way. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability in how customers are treated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from their website.

Cheaply made

The watch I received did not look like the photos or product description. It should have had a white dial and mine has a silver/gray dial. To make matters worse, the crown was so seized up I had to use pliers just to break it loose, which I think completely unacceptable for any timepiece, even a sub $300 one. After leaving my original review, I was contacted by a representative named “Elizabeth” pressuring me to take it down. I’m editing my review to make that clear, because buyers deserve to know. Save yourself the hassle. Look elsewhere. Or better yet, build your own.

The watch has fallen off my wrist twice in less than 8 hours. Two pins came loose. The second time the watch fell off my wrist, I was pushing something in my trash and had to give through thr trash to retrieve it. I am done. I tried emailing and call your customer service to no avail, neither on was functional. I am asking for a full refund.
