Premium Custom WatchReviews of neoluxwatch.com

Excellent communication and quick responses, with special thanks to Elizabeth Myers, who replies promptly to every inquiry and handles everything with exceptional professionalism.

Die Uhr gefällt mir nicht, Rückgabe nur in den USA möglich obwohl es eine Niederlassung in den Niederlanden gibt. Versand muss man selbst bezahlen. Kein Entgegenkommen der Firma. Hände weg von dieser Firma!

These seiko mod watches are legit. For the skeptics, the watches are solid and the customer service is even better! My rep Elizabeth was super prompt with getting me squared away. My next seiko mods will be through these folks no doubt.

Customer service and care was excellent. I received two watches and one of them had an issue. I was able to work with Elizabeth. She was able to resolve my issue and have a new watch sent out to me immediately. Both of the watches I received are now an excellent working condition and they are exactly as expected. With excellent customer service and product care I can highly recommend this company.

The watch arrived with a delay. They promised a refund, but we haven't heard from them since. The watch is wonderful, and my son is happy with it.

The watch is amazing. Shipping took a little longer than expected

I purchased at watch earlier this year and had a minor issue and they were able to resolve my issue and replace the warranty part. I like a company that stands behind their product and honors their work.
