Watch was never delivered. They stated the tracking indicated it got "stuck" in delivery. I requested they provide the shipping company and tracking information but they never did. No way of knowing if was ever really sent or not.

Delivered far past date of promised date. Arrived with frozen hands. Customer service is useless, calling it customer service is an insult to real customer service departments. Was sent useless pdf on setting time. Was sent second email video with no sound and also useless. Hands frozen mechanical issue. This company will lie, steal, cheat to get a sale and keep it BUT will not assist in fixing issue. Do not use this company.

Very happy and satisfied with the entire purchasing experience with NeoLux. Ordering was easy and the process was well explained. Communication was excellent and very prompt in answering questions. Tracking the shipment was good also. The watch itself was even better than I expected. It was exactly as pictured in the catalog. Would not hesitate to order again from them.

Got my eye on a Seiko Mod - Speedy PS; like the Porsche guys build tribute cars or restomods based on the 73 911RS these Seiko Mods are tribute watches to the originals. The originals look great but the prices are ridiculous! Thus the tribute watches, not fakes. Chris

Clearly a fake seiko, no papers or documents in box. It imeeadiately started misting up and now it has stopped working . Rubbish !

We received our package today it was left at our front door . I only found it when I went to check the mail . Looking at the packaging is this a knock off seiko watch ?? No instructions in the box and no guarantee ??? No seiko stamp on the box it could be anything ???

The watch is superb and is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It’s also 5% of the cost of the Tudor equivalent and hard to detect. Delivery was smooth and quick. Thank you NeoLux
