I signed up to a monthly payment plan as I had read lots of good things about UberSuggest. I am a Freelancer so my time is incredibly valuable and it seemed as though this system was quick and efficient - exactly what I need! I am now on the 7th day (my free trial is over) and I still haven't been able to use the site. When I go to create a new project, it would say "domain is incorrect" (it wasn't!). Countless emails telling me to delete my search history, try other browsers, log out, log in. Sending screenshots. Restarting my computer. Waiting for 24hrs as "there's a glitch". Nothing worked. We have been back and forth for an entire week with no resolution. Then - on the 7th day, when I go to cancel my account - it won't let me! I can "downgrade" to a cheaper monthly option - but the "cancel" button is unclickable. Funny that? What a waste of time.

I'm using their service called UberSuggest but the data they show me that is not up to date all the time and the software itself seems so buggy to me. I hope they can fix all the things soon. Also, they try to consult you through popups all the time which is really annoying in a paid app. Edit after ubersuggest's comment: I'm not a free trial user.

The first thing I noticed was, when I went to watch a marketing video it kept me waiting for ages, saying "Video loads in ....." This is a SEO tactic as Google gives points for how long people stay on a website. After the video started to load the narrator said "We are now waiting for late arrivals" That bit topped it for me and I just abandoned the site. If you contest this review then tell me how you justify that part?

Neil Patel is a joke. The marketing about himself, the person, is amazing. Well done for that. The service and the quality of what he has to offer? Not in a million years I would trust half of it. Let's be honest here. Do you think Neil Patel himself writes all his articles, and has time to answer to everybody? This is basically a company of SEO enthusiasts with more or less SEO experience (some facts lack lots of evidence) and they use a person's name and face (Neil) as a marketing scam. UbberSuggest is just a joke as well. Unreliable data and they sniff your Google Search console in an intrusive way. I wonder what they are doing by collecting this data, but I do not trust at all. No more, thank you.
