I signed up for the 7 day free trial and it was then made impossible for me to end it...sent me round in circles and then the system conveniently kept crashing at the final stage of cancelling it, so it ended up charging my account. Also, I followed all of the advice and my 'on page SEO score' decreased!!

Cheap but good SEO product
Decent product for the money with limited functionality but good customer service and support. Needs significantly more investment and features to compete with best in class but I don't think you could do much better at this price point.

Uber Suggest is unreliable
Uber Suggest is unreliable.
The interface of Uber Suggest tool is unreliable, seems buggy, but you can't tell for sure, you don't know what to click on screen, there are no tool-tips when you move the mouse over a button (no idea what it does).
Very confusing to use. I added keywords, it shows that I have 100/100 so I cannot add more, later when I return, I just have 86 of 100. Nothing seems to work. Data is not updated very frequently from what I can tell.
You cannot upload keyworkds in a CSV file because it expects a certain format, csv from google docs or excell are not good enough, I tried around 3 different formats, no luck. (By the way, CSV is a simple format to parse).
I develop websites for 16 years and I have trouble using this tool, I cannot even imagine what other clients (with less experience) are going trough.
I linked it to my Google Search Console, it didn't import any data.
I give it around 2.5 stars because monthly price would be fair for this kind of tool, but it doesn't work right.

I was new to SEO
I was new to SEO - but with neils platform and instructional videos I was able to pick it up so easily!!! I really like how user friendly it is and how you can create projects. And the customer service is amazing. I had a problem uploading cvs files for a keyword search, and they replied right away with a solution (that worked!).
