I signed up for the Ubersugest Neil Patel plan. I spent countless hours using the website and following the instructions to promote quixsound(dot)com. I paid the fees and during this time our web traffic actually went down by 70% . Don't fall for it. They also claim to have a money back guarantee . I canceled and received nothing.

Customer support is virtually non-existent.
For the level of popularity of Neil Patel, his customer service is virtually non-existence. They don't show a support email or phone number on the website. I purchased a lifetime plan on Ubersuggest, thinking it was an awesome deal. But then it turns out the app was faulty, while fidgeting with the app, I accidentally upgrade (there is no confirmation, if you hit "Upgrade" it charges you right a way). So I try to contact Support for a refund. Never have I had to go through hoops to get to customer support like this. There's no phone or support email listed. First I tried the Contact form. The next 2 days, no response. Then I tried the chat box, twice, for days, no answer. Then I had to dig through the website FAQ to find a mention of a support email. I tried to email that support email explain the situation and asked a refund. There was 1 response saying the app wasn't really faulty. No mentioning of my refund at all. I asked again but no reply after that. And then I found out there was a refund in my bank account, but the wrong amount. I stated clearly in my request that I wanted the upgrade refunded, not the original plan. It's been almost a month.
If you like cheap and faulty product and crappy service, go head. For me, it's just not worth all the hassle.

I wanted to check my site ranking and after completing the survey I get to a "Start your 7 days Trial", first I wouldn't have given all my details if I'm not getting what you stated FREE (Site ranking).

Ubersuggest does have a FREE version, where you don't need to start a trial to get access to tons of information and insights. You can either create an account or use it without having one.
The free version does allow to add a project, a domain, and track keywords. For that, you don't have to start a trial. Starting a trial would be if you would like to experience Ubersuggest PRO.

I went with the free plan initially and…
I went with the free plan initially and then paid for the full life time license. the license was paid for on the 2nd January and decided that the software was terrible and not very accurate so I sent a request for a full refund on the 4th of January.
I heard nothing from them so I then sent another email on the 14th January... still no reply.
I again sent another email requesting a full refund stating all of the above.
EDIT* I've edited my review from 1 star to 3 stars. They have refunded the money as requested but only after I posted my review. However, It will remain only as a 3 star due to poor communications at Neil Patel.
