Absolutely destroyed our Google Ads. Before we started working with NPA, we were getting multiple sales a day and thought they could take us to the next level. The very first thing they did was to turn off all our existing performing ads and replace them with their own. For the next 3 months, NPA proceeded to make everything worse while telling us that the numbers we were seeing were actually very good. Our CPC continued to go up while our conversions went down (Ended up paying 3-4x as much for 1/2 as many sales). We constantly asked if we could provide assets or assistance with our knowledge of our industry, but they just did what they thought was good. We ended the contract at the 90 day mark. More than a year after this disaster and we're still not recovered back to the point we were at. Working with NPA is the biggest regret we've ever had in the history of our company.

Seeing how well they communicated, worked through the technical details, and aligned on what needed to be accomplished gave me another level of confidence in the partnership and ultimately helped push us toward the decision to move forward. What impressed me most was the level of attention throughout the entire process. It wasn’t simply about getting an agreement signed. It was about understanding our business, asking the right questions, bringing the right people together, and making sure everyone was aligned before moving forward. We’re looking forward to what comes next. So far, the experience has been excellent, and Nick Byrne, Nicholas Montgomery, and the teams working together deserve recognition for getting this partnership started on the right foot.

Tried the free service and upgraded to the paid subscription to gain access to more insights. Insights were way off; my business got a 0% score on ChatGPT, which one would assume means my business isn't visible using the keywords provided. I tested this myself, and my Company came out in the top ranking with ChatGPT. Reported this to support as well as asked for a refund, to which they denied, even though their terms of service include a clause for a refund within 30 days of service. I would stay away from this company if I were you.

The onboarding and discovery process with NP digital has been extremely thorough, consistent, extensive and every person from the Team is equally professional. I'm very impressed, especially after I've been through this process several times over the last 11 years in business.
