Hi, I had an issue with making a payment for the keyword research tool through my credit card. I contacted the customer support (CS) team. Rafael from the CS team got in touch with me and was extremely patient since solving this took a while. He was in touch every day till this could be solved. He also arranged for free usage of the key word tool till this issue was solved. Eventually after over a week the engineers at Neil Patel managed to solve this problem for me. Thanks Rafael for being so patient, cordial and supporting me through this new journey which I have taken towards learning SEO. Kudos to you and your team!

Neil Patel and the people he has working for him have all been great to me. They helped my small business grow beyond a point I thought possible with their marketing strategies. Yes it was a lot of work but Neil and his team make sure that the effort put in was well rewarded. The more effort the more reward just like anything else.

Company with no commitment. They write a few (4-5) emails at the beginning and they send them again and again. Ask for a quote 2 weeks ago and again 1 week ago and they did not even bother to respond. Not a company's we can trust.

I dont want ubbersuggeet services , I have unsubscribed. To be honest it's of no use to me . Please unsubscribe me &refund the money .I am asking refund because even after unsubscribing its deducting from the account . I hate Neil Patel for making a trap . It was just 7 days trail later it got auto subscribed and I did not find option to unsubscribe for couple of months .later after unsubscription it's still deducing amount .

I have implemented these tricks into the medium sized company I work for and my humble creative UK blog MayInspire. I've watched 6. I've loved 6 🙂 I am slowly clearing my inbox from Marketing information as I need to spend more time on solid content, but this is something that will stay in my day plan! Thanks guys!

I have to give them one star because from the very beginning it is clear that this team is not bounded to their promises. While signing up, they claim they get back to you within 24 hours or a business day. I signed up and now 3 or 4 days have passed. My mobile is always on and I check my emails every couple of hours. I contacted another company and I'm happy that I managed to get to know this team's commitment right at the beginning.
