We’ve just signed with NP Accel
We’ve just signed with NP Accel, and while we’re at the very beginning of the engagement, I wanted to recognize the experience we’ve had getting to this point. A special shout-out to Nick Byrne. His attentiveness, attention to detail, and willingness to really listen stood out from the beginning. Our business is very niche, and the details matter. There are nuances and minutiae to what we do that require more than a standard, one-size-fits-all approach. Nick took the time to have multiple conversations with us about the scope of work, understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish, and make sure the engagement was tailored specifically to our needs. I also want to recognize Nicholas Montgomery, our site lead, who worked closely with Nick and the Neil Patel team throughout this process. The synergy between Nick and Nicholas was extremely important to me. Seeing how well they communicated, worked through the technical details, and aligned on what needed to be accomplished gave me another level of confidence in the partnership and ultimately helped push us toward the decision to move forward. What impressed me most was the level of attention throughout the entire process. It wasn’t simply about getting an agreement signed. It was about understanding our business, asking the right questions, bringing the right people together, and making sure everyone was aligned before moving forward. We’re looking forward to what comes next. So far, the experience has been excellent, and Nick Byrne, Nicholas Montgomery, and the teams working together deserve recognition for getting this partnership started on the right foot.
