Absolutely destroyed our Google Ads. Before we started working with NPA, we were getting multiple sales a day and thought they could take us to the next level. The very first thing they did was to turn off all our existing performing ads and replace them with their own.
For the next 3 months, NPA proceeded to make everything worse while telling us that the numbers we were seeing were actually very good. Our CPC continued to go up while our conversions went down (Ended up paying 3-4x as much for 1/2 as many sales). We constantly asked if we could provide assets or assistance with our knowledge of our industry, but they just did what they thought was good.
We ended the contract at the 90 day mark. More than a year after this disaster and we're still not recovered back to the point we were at. Working with NPA is the biggest regret we've ever had in the history of our company.

The team did not even turn up for the call
Booked a discovery call with the Sinan after an email invite to a webinar and he didn't even turn up for the call.
Waited 3o mins, and emailed him and he asked me to rebook in the auto calender. This is surely comedy!

Stay AWAY
Tried the free service and upgraded to the paid subscription to gain access to more insights. Insights were way off; my business got a 0% score on ChatGPT, which one would assume means my business isn't visible using the keywords provided. I tested this myself, and my Company came out in the top ranking with ChatGPT. Reported this to support as well as asked for a refund, to which they denied, even though their terms of service include a clause for a refund within 30 days of service. I would stay away from this company if I were you.

Spent over $30k to get my main keyword deranked.
REAL past customer. My company StevesGoods.com hired Neil Patel, I have 2 years of contracts with them.
Their first order of business was to derank my #1 keyword CBD wax. It was 90% of my traffic, which destroyed my ranking, and didn't do anything to make up for it. My second contract involved the higher-ups actually having their eyes on my website to hopefully recover from the massive losses; they completely ignored their duties. No one gave a shit because we weren't paying them 10's of thousands of dollars per month.
Don't trust the little gremlin. He doesn't care about anyone. A contract is NOT worth it.
Verified. Spent over $30k to get my main keyword deranked.

Misleading promises and disappointing follow-up
Expectations versus reality of the Summit 2025 videos
I paid almost $400 to access the “Future of Marketing Summit 2025” recordings from Neil Patel. The content itself is generally good and contains some interesting ideas, but the way it is marketed is highly misleading. The summit promises modern AI techniques for cold outreach that are supposedly simple to set up, as if non-technical users could implement them easily. In reality, the workflows shown are very complex and require significant programming skills and technical know-how. What is promised in terms of “easy implementation” is simply not delivered.
Sales call focused on upselling, not on helping
About three weeks after my purchase, I received a call from Neil Patel’s company asking whether they could offer me additional consulting. It quickly became clear that these summit videos mainly serve as a lead-generation tool for Neil Patel’s own services. I took the opportunity to ask specific questions about the “Future of Marketing Summit 2025” content and whether someone could help me implement the strategies presented there.
Lack of product knowledge in the local leadership
To my surprise, the head of the German country team openly admitted that he had no idea what exactly was covered in those summit videos, saying that there are always new videos and he could not keep track. I found it remarkable and worrying that a senior representative of Neil Patel in Germany was unfamiliar with the very techniques and offers the company is actively promoting as “the future of marketing.” This significantly reduced my trust in the overall expertise and internal communication of the organization.
Broken promise of support and poor service experience
During the call, I was assured that someone with the relevant expertise would reach out to me to provide more concrete guidance and support. That follow-up never happened. Nobody contacted me, and my questions remained unanswered. Given the high price, the misleading simplicity claims around AI workflows, and the lack of competent follow-up, my overall experience with Neil Patel’s service has been clearly negative and very disappointing.
Response from Neil PatelNov 25, 2025
Hi Gregor, thanks for continuing the conversation with us over email. We’re committed to ensuring your experience improves from here.
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback.
We’re proud that the Future of Marketing Summit maintains a very high satisfaction rate globally, and every session is thoughtfully designed to help marketers stay ahead of rapid industry changes.
So whenever someone’s experience doesn’t fully match what we work hard to deliver, we see it as an important opportunity to improve — and we appreciate you bringing this to us.
1. About the Summit Content, Expectations, and Pricing
Given your experience, your purchase has been fully refunded (Order no. NPDIGITAL-000098284). The return to your original payment method is already being processed based on your bank’s timeline.
The Summit is a global thought-leadership event, built to give attendees a broad, up-to-date view of what’s happening across marketing and AI. Because the audience includes both beginners and advanced practitioners, some sessions are intentionally more technical while others are more introductory. We understand that this may have felt different from the level of simplicity you expected.
It’s also important to clarify that the Summit is not designed as a coaching or consulting program. The fee covers on-demand access to the recordings after the live presentations, which were free to attend live. Many participants choose the paid option for the convenience of structured, continued access.
2. Regarding the Follow-Up Call
We contact Summit participants as part of our customer-care process to understand whether they want optional implementation support. This outreach is not the purpose of the Summit; the event stands fully on its own as an educational experience featuring both NP Digital experts and external speakers.
That said, we understand how the call may have felt, and we will review our communication to ensure this experience is clearer and more aligned with expectations.
3. On the Local Team’s Familiarity With Global Content
Our global initiatives roll out at different speeds across regions based on market needs. Because the Summit covers many brand-new ideas and strategies — often broader than what we deploy worldwide — it is normal that not every regional leader is deeply familiar with every single session immediately afterward.
However, we agree your conversation should have felt more cohesive, and we are already addressing this alignment internally.
4. About the Missed Follow-Up
You were right to expect timely support after being told someone would reach out. We apologize for the delay — this should not have happened. We are reviewing the process to ensure all follow-ups happen as promised.
Moving Forward
Your feedback helps us strengthen both our communication and our global consistency, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience. If you would like any further assistance or have questions about the content itself, we’d be happy to help.
Thank you again, and we hope to serve you better in the future.
