The quality of the product Night cable (USB to lightning-A) has declined much to a return customers chagrin with time. The connection tip breaks easily as other reviewers have mentioned. Not so good from the longevity perspective and also sustainability. It makes a mockery of the product blurb touting it as "Reinforced nylon braiding withstands wear & tear". The most critical point is the weakest! The older cables are still working fine, which were purchased more than two years back. But on the positive side they still host an excellent customer service which offers prompt replacements. They neither asked me to ship back the broken cable from Sweden to HK/China.

I’m so happy I went with this brand. The quality of the cords is excellent and the customer service is even better. Very fast and excellent turnaround for replacement items. I bought one of these for all my kids!

Native U ion took care of my defective cord quickly. Yes, it did involve pictures and an little effort on my part to get them the info they wanted, but they are offering a lifetime warranty and need to make sure that people arent just scamming. I felt taken care of and it was just a couple of days to get my new cord. It was shipped to the US internationally, but it was quick.

Trying to return 2 items, but I have to return to China ??? Ridiculous, i live in the UK and I can’t find anyone to return it cheaper than £50. Absolutely unbelievable considering the order itself is £90

GUYS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their products are garbage!! They do not work and when you send the product back, they make so many excuses for issuing a refund. Ive been waiting 2 months for my refund and each time I msg them, I get the same line "Please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We are experiencing high traffic of email correspondence because of the current event. As much as we wanted to respond to you within the 24 – 48-hour time window, but we are following the first email first serve basis. Please be assured that we are doing our best to serve you on time" They will keeping sending this line to you until you give up. This company is a fraud & they scam their customers out of money! BE WARNED!

The cords I have purchased in the past tend to have an issue at the lightning connector where the connector bends (and breaks) under minimal pressure. That said, anytime I’ve had this issue, the customer service team has been very quick to send me a replacement item free of charge. Really great customer service and the cords last a decent amount of time. They are also very long (I recommend the 6’ one) and the cord itself is very strong (the weaved material is not easily pierced). I also really like the leather strap that keeps the cord organized - functional addition, and looks great. Two suggestions for the native union team: 1) consider a design where lightning connector is reinforced so that it’s stronger and doesn’t break easily 2) determine a proper route for how broken cables can be recycled - it’s important that companies like Native Union start really caring about environmental impact. Customers care about how you design your product and we want earth-friendly actions to limit waste! Apart from these recommendations, I have no further notes. Great products and great customer service.

Perfect, listening and caring

Lightning charger malfunctioned a few short months after purchase. I made the purchase through Apple and started with their customer support. That was a mistake. This was hassle and bullcrap free. Well done.
