Overall I would give it a 5 star. Having purchased over 50 products I am very pleased with all except 3 CHARGERS. THEY DID NOT WORK OR QUIT WORKING AND GETTING THIS RESOVLED WAS MORE TROUBLE THAN IT WAS WORTH. Everything else top notch and great!

I am satisfied with them globally.

Very nice items but sometimes there are small defects i don’t know why. Case for iphone shows magsafe by dust and i can’t clean it. 140w power supply sometime has sound.

I ordered the Voyage 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger × 1 and the (Re)Classic Power Bank Magnetic | Emilie Sarnel Limited Edition × 1. The order was split in to 2 deliveries but both orders arrived within a week. I am a fan of their products and am very happy with both these items. The only reason for the 4 stars rating (and not a 5 star rating) is that my on line order qualified for free shipping but my order was processed within the shipping cost included. Customer services were very prompt in arranging the shipping cost refund.

Hello Jonathan, Two deliveries, two wins, and a quick refund rescue—sounds like an adventure with a happy ending. We’ll work on making free shipping drama-free next time. Thanks for being a fan and for keeping us on our toes!

After a couple more exchanges with NU the problem below was resolved. Rating changed from 1 to 4 stars (poor customer experience this time but their products are of a very high quality). Still no item, no response – very disappointing experience I ordered an iPhone case and battery pack from Native Union, and the parcel was marked as “delivered to reception” — except I work from home and have no reception. I’ve contacted Native Union three times now and have received zero response or resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating that a company with such a premium image has non-existent customer service. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend buying directly from them. Poor communication and no accountability for missing orders.

Hello Martin, We're truly sorry for the frustration and the poor experience you went through. This is not the level of service we aim for, and we completely understand why it left you disappointed, especially when everything else about our products meets the standard you expect. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right in the end and for updating your review. Your feedback is invaluable; it pushes us to keep improving our customer service so no one else has to go through the same hassle. We’re glad the issue is now resolved and hope you’re enjoying the case and battery pack. If there’s anything else we can do to turn this into a full 5-star experience, just say the word. Appreciate you sticking with us.

Produits d'excellente qualité, ce qui justifie des prix élevés en plus de la livraison payante

Purchased the iPhone clear case and Apple AirPod 3rd generation cover. Happy with the case but not so much with the AirPod 3rd generation cover as it does not fit at all. I always double check the models, and the one I ordered does not fit my AirPods Air 3rd generation. Products are well made, just annoyed that the AirPod case is not compatible.
