I have had several experiences regarding my lifetime warranty over the years and they have always been positive. Native Union has always honored their warranty. The process for claims is simple and easy and the replacement product has always promptly arrived.

Customer service do not honour EU's cooling off period 14 day return. Actually, I ordered a Heritage Wireless Charger and it fails to charge my magsafe iphone mini correctly. I immediately reported it and it was noted but I had to keep contacting for updates. Now they are treating it as a warranty claim instead of a return/refund. Totally backwards and extremely frustrating to literally have them second guess how I am using their product: What phone, what charger, have you tried changing your phones battery settings? Absolute pathetic service.

Dear Gordon, Thank you for your comments. We are more than happy to help you with the refund for the Heritage Valet charger. However, since there is a chargeback placed on your order we are unable to refund you for the charger. The patina on the leather card holder is a natural one and as mentioned earlier by my colleague, we are out of stock for that item. There will be no replenishment of this stock as it's an end of line product. Would you prefer an Emeraude (Green) colour instead for the card holder? Please return the card holder which you need to replace https://www.nativeunion.com/collections/new-releases/products/heritage-card-holder?variant=34408251031691 Can you kindly advise your bank to also drop the chargeback and we shall be able to process the partial refund immediately. Please reply back to us on the ticket ID 488193 for further action. Thank you Regards, Native Union Support Team

I bought a cable belt xl a couple years ago and it started to wear out recently. Native Union made it quick and easy to switch it out on the warranty and I got my new cable last week

I bought a USB lightning/USB-c cable at Apple, used it twice and the connection broke. Took an appointment with Apple, went there, and said that I had to go through internet to complete a warranty claim, what a waste of time. This could have been said on the phone. But got a fantastic service with Native Union, resolved in a few days. Just waiting for the replacement now.

I bought a Native Union cable at an Apple Store. It stopped working after only two months and Apple would do nothing. I contacted Native Union and they were right on it. In the future, I'll buy my cable direct and not go to Apple. Native Union went above what I expected.

Very happy with the cables I have bought. Replacement due to warranty was very easy and hasslefree. Highly recommended!
