I bought five cables & had a problem with two of them. I contacted the company and had a response within a day. I sent pictures of the problem and was immediately told I would receive replacements. I received the two replacement cables within 5 days. I am very happy with the service and would recommend the products to anyone. I bought mine as gifts as I already had some Native Union cables.

Excellent products and customer service. I’ve purchased a few Cables from native union and they are perfect length. Unfortunately one of the cables stopped working so I had to organise a replacement under the lifetime warranty and the customer service was so quick -recieved a new cable within a few days even over the holiday (Xmas and new year) period!

Great products but terrible customer service. 14 day return policy is far too short and a lack of response from customer services (which is required for all returns/exchanges) meant we missed the window. Also returns and/or exchanges require customers to pay for postage to Hong Kong. Surely in 2021 that’s unacceptable for a number of reasons! This experience was sufficiently discouraging that I will no longer buy Native Union products.

Due to the holiday season there is a surge in the communications from our clients and we are trying to do our best to cater to each request. Our client service is also based in the Philippines and we have been facing some major issues with internet, power shortage etc due to the server typhoon which hit the province. So we apologise if there has been any delay in communication. Regarding remorse returns, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving the order and if it's not a faulty unit, the shipping charges will have to be absorbed by the clients. This is because the logistics cost has increased tremendously due to COVID and we will then arrange for a full refund of your original order upon the receipt of the goods. I purchased a charger with a “lifetime” guarantee - after 7 months it broke! I contacted Native Union with the receipt from Apple as prof of purchase - no refund was offered!!! Instead I told me to send the serial number on the box the charger came in!!! Who keeps a box for 7 months ?!!? And I was told to send a video showing it doesn’t work which is impossible btw! Don’t buy! They wriggle out of the “guarantee ” - going to complain to Apple for stocking these scammers!!
