This is the nicest charger I've owned. I love that it rolls up, it made it perfect to travel to Guatemala with. I dropped my phone while it was charging and the plug in broke off in my phone, replacement was quick and easy. The customer service was prompt and courteous. I was so pleased with the over all experience I bought another charger for my partner. These last way longer than the ones from the brand that makes the phone and they don't fray.

I have been using their products for a few months now. My phone fell off of a table with the cable attached and the end of the cable broke off in my phone. They sent me a replacement and only requested a few pictures of the broken cable as proof of the defect. The customer service was very polite and got back to me in a timely manner.

I’ve been a long-time customer of them. Want to replace a couple of old faulty cable. After a few emails, the replacement arrived in 2 days.

Sent me a faulty product, and will not return it unless I "prove" the faultiness on video, I just want a refund, I asked to return it and they said it had surpassed the 14 day refund even though they were the ones to waste a WHOLE MONTH on this back and forth. Customer support is literal garbage.

Great product. Sleek looking and has the warranty. My charger stopped working before the warranty but customer services was quick to replace and help solve my issue so I really appreciated that.

Bought my wife a phone cover with the marble on the back for the iPhone X 4 years ago. Phone has never been damaged in that time and its taken a lot of punishment over the years. This time bought the Mrs a iPhone 13 Pro cover and its still got that same quality feel to it without adding too much bulk to the phone. Initially bought the iPhone 13 case by mistake but I sent the native union folk an email and they have me the instructions on how to return and they made the whole process so easy. Would highly recommend. Quality product and excellent customer service.
