Native Union seem to be a premium brand, with high quality items. And perhaps they are, but the Customer Service experience I had was nothing short of appalling. The goods never arrived, then I had to chase them for a response via Whatsapp/Instagram and email. Eventually I heard back from them that there was nothing they could do. They offered me a refund for the goods I never received - as though it was some sort of favour, instead of basic courtesy. AVOID. I was fooled by the glossy looking products but at the end of the day, if the customer service is non-existent, you're on your own if anything goes wrong. Never again.

Native Union is a scam. Their products last for a day and don’t bother to contact the customer service. There’s no reply. I threw my moneys worth away but keep rreceiving their spam mails. You just can’t opt out. A definitely don’t buy.

Poor quality products and even worse customer service... I have bought several cables, cases and chargers from Native Union. Given their lifetime warranty, I foolishly thought they would be high-quality and last a long time. However, the product quality is trash, constantly breaking, and the warranty is unreasonably difficult to fulfil. Currently, I have a broken GAN charger, a cable where the end has fallen off, and a 'sustainable' phone case that fell apart after a couple of days. The charger gets hot all the time, even when it's charging nothing. Native Union are insisting that I provide evidence of the fault, which I cannot do with a regular camera. Do they expect me to get a thermal camera to get a warranty replacement on a charger? It's beyond stupid.

Giving this company one star is actually out of generosity and because there’s no option to give them nothing. Customer Service is very poor. Pls don’t be carried away by the lifetime warranty they promise, as they just make you suffer and wait endlessly without resolving issues

NO valid response or customer support. I have been waiting for my order to be delivered for over 1 month. I reached out several times and got little to no info. Now I've been told to "immediately coordinate with the carrier to align a smooth pick up process" myself. This is not customer service telling the customer to figure it out for themselves. They are not answering any of my messages in the live chat. I'm pretty sure they send my product to a wrong country. This is a joke. I advice that you never buy directly from this site.

Tip broke right off usbc to c, laptop charging chord. Bought in store at the Source and should have been replaced in store. A changed policy made unaware to the customer now has be contacting Native Union so I can send them back they broken chord and wait for a new one. A rigmarole has been a stresfull pain as I rely on my laptop for work and can not afford to spend excess money parts that should be replaced promptly. No thank you to The Source and No Thank you to Native Union, this is not a user friendly system and I will not be shopping around for you items if this is what it means to have something replaced "in store".

premium product, but terrible service if you want to replace a product. ineffective & inefficient and that's why much more expensive. never again.
